  • Abstract submission is only open for poster submissions - deadline 28 August 2026

  • Abstract notification: 1 July 2026

  • Speaker registration deadline: 30 July 2026     

  • Early bird registration deadline: 30 July 2026

  • Welcome reception: 23 September 2026

  • Conference: 24 - 25 September 2026​
